Anatomywise Scoliosis & Spine Center Policies

Anatomywise Scoliosis & Spine Center (‘Anatomywise’) reserves the right to refuse/cancel registrations. If Anatomywise refuses a registration, registrants will be offered a full refund.

Private Session Cancellation & Refund Policy

For Private Sessions, we require 12 business hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours notice will incur a $40 cancellation fee. Appointments can be canceled by calling or texting (980) 477-0508 or emailing karen@anatomywise.com. Cancellations made with less than 90 minutes notice will be charged the full price of the session. If you are able to reschedule your session within the same 24- hour period with the same instructor or the studio is able to fill your appointment time with another client then no fee will be imposed.

No-show policy

Clients that do not show for their scheduled appointment will be charged the full price of the session.

Event Cancellation & Refund Policy

Event Cancellation by Anatomywise

Anatomywise reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment, inclement weather or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. Decisions to cancel will be made by Anatomywise within 24 hours of the event. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date. Anatomywise will not be responsible for any expenses incurred by attendees such as airfare or other travel expenses.

Registration Cancellation by Participant

If cancellation is requested less than 60 days prior to an event no refund can be guaranteed for any reason. If we have a waiting list and are able to fill your spot with someone from that list, you will have the option to either receive a full refund (less $30 processing fee) or transfer registration to the same event at a new, future date not to exceed (1) one year from the date of the scheduled event.

If cancellation is requested less than 45 days prior to an event no cash refund will be given for any reason. If we have a waiting list and are able to fill your spot with someone from that list, then we will roll your payment to a future Anatomywise event, not to exceed (1) one year from the date of the scheduled event.

No Shows = No Refund (no shows are defined as not canceling prior to the start of the scheduled event)

Payment Policy

A $700.00 deposit is required to hold your event space upon registration. Once your deposit has been received, refunds are only permitted more than 60 days prior to any event.

Cash refunds will be made minus a $30.00 processing fee, or your full deposit may be rolled to a future Anatomywise event, not to exceed (1) one year from the date of the scheduled event. Refunds will be made in the manner the payment was made.  (ie if you pay by credit card we will refund you via your credit card)

Payment of the full event fee is due 30 days prior to the event.  You will be given a due date and it is important that your full payment is made on time. We have commitments to our venue and need your timely payment to meet our deadlines. Failure to pay your final balance by the due date may result in losing your space at the event. In this case, your deposit will not be refunded.
