The Scolio-Pilates® Kids Camp and The Scolio-Pilates® Adult Camp were designed to help you gain both physical and emotional control over your scoliosis curvature. Our camps consist of 5 days ofScolio-Pilates® intensive work where we will create an individualized home exercise program for you or your child to continue independently.

At our camps, you will have an opportunity to work with Karena Thek, the founder of Scolio-Pilates! Karena has been educating clients and people in the health and wellness industry for 25 years worldwide. At the conclusion of your Scolio-Pilates experience, you will understand your specific curve type and have a home exercise program along with handouts so you can continue your path to healthy living with scoliosis.

Anatomywise combines several movement techniques into customized fusion sessions for each client based on individual needs. Fusion Sessions include a custom program using the techniques below allowing for the rehabilitation & strengthening of muscles in addition to learning how to avoid injury & pain in the future.

About Anatomywise

Anatomywise Scoliosis and Spine Center was born out of necessity for exercise and care for those with back pain, scoliosis, and other musculoskeletal disorders. Using Pilates, Scolio-Pilates®, SmartSpine™, The Alexander Technique, and information about fascia we will create a unique program that focuses on your individual needs and goals. No matter what your fitness level, a program can be tailored to help you become functionally fit!
